Martin Baťha brings more than thirty-five years of experience in the security field. He began his professional career with the Criminal Police Service of the Police of the Czech Republic, where he served for twelve years. Since 2002, he has worked as a private investigator under the brand Detective agency - martin BATHA (detectiv.cz), one of the leading Czech companies specializing in private investigation and operational investigative activities. 2007 marked the founding of mB Investigation, s. r. o., further expanding the range of security services offered. Throughout his professional career, he has led and carried out investigative and operational activities not only in the Czech Republic but also in numerous foreign jurisdictions across Europe, Asia, Africa, and North and South America. For a long time now, his work has focused on cases with an international dimension that require cross-border coordination, discretion, and systematic work with information. Petr Vopršal's experience is drawn from more than three decades of service in specialized units of the Police of the Czech Republic, where he focused on economic crime, organized crime, and criminal intelligence methods (Intelligence-Led Policing – ILP). During his career, he held leadership positions and helped build specialized agendas within the unit in the area of human trafficking, as well as a special unit focused on Asian criminal structures. Subsequently, he headed the Department of Organized Crime Structures, capping off his career with a leadership role at the National Anti-Organized Crime Centre. Since 2022, he has worked in the civilian sector, where he applies his operational and intelligence experience to strategic intelligence, complex analysis, and risk management. Areas of specialization include identifying hidden connections, assessing complex threats, and supporting strategic decision-making in environments where information, precision, and discretion are decisive. Clients benefit from his experience in top-level security environments, analytical expertise, and an ability to translate complex information into strategic decisions.

David Hošek spent more than fifteen years working in specialized security services, where he provided personal protection, operational support, and the execution of special tasks in high-risk environments. Throughout his professional career, he took part in protecting Czech and foreign government officials, diplomats, and other protected persons, including witness protection. His experience also included operational, intelligence, and information-gathering activities, work with sensitive information, and support for investigations into serious crime. Long-term specialized training under former members of elite international security and military units further developed his professional expertise, with a focus on personal protection, operational activities, strategic intelligence support, and the management of security situations in environments where discretion, precision, and accurate risk assessment are decisive.
